How to connect WiserNotify with Userback?

This guide will walk you through:

Capturing Feedback Activities: Connect Userback with WiserNotify using a webhook to fetch real-time user feedback, bug reports, and screenshot submissions.

Add Webhook Integration to Connect Userback to pull the events lead data

Step 1: Get the Webhook URL from WiserNotify

– Go to WiserNotify > Userback Integration.

– Click on the Integrate button inside the Integration box.

1. Enter Connection Name

2. Click on the Create button.

3. Click on the copy button.

Step 2: Configure Webhook in Userback

Login with Userback,

1. Click on the Integrations tab.

2. Click on the Activate button inside the Webhook box.

3. Paste the copied webhook URL here.

4. Click on the Save button.

Please test by adding new data & visit the WiserNotify- Dashboard Data page. Here, You can see all the captured/ received data with its source name.

Note:
Make sure you select this integration as data-source for the notification (Customize notification > Data-source > Select this integration)

Important: After making changes, check your notification in a private browser to avoid cache issues.
